The main problem with spices is not Aflatoxins but toxic metals such as Lead, Cadmium, Chromium, Arsenic and mercury. Those need to be monitored. People need to be educated about the health impact of metals. Companies need to be well equipped to determine metals at ppb (parts per billion level = 1microgram/gram). I am aware that the instruments such as ICP MS are expensive, but they are essential to provide quality product to the public. I am not sure how far the regulatory labs are equipped to do that in India. The video doesn't about it at all. The heavy metals affect the children mental growth that leads to even ADHD and much more problems.

I wanted to share my perspective on the financial viability of this business. Based on my personal experience, it seems unlikely that this model business will generate sufficient profits. Selling the product may prove challenging, and the earnings may not even cover basic expenses such as the watchman's salary. In my opinion, it might be beneficial to consider selling this factory to a wealthier brand. I speak from experience, having made a similar mistake as a factory owner myself.
